Ernie Malherbe is a UP student who coaches at the box, and said, “I have always wanted to be fit and regard myself as an athlete, but I just never had the game plan to get there until I started doing Crossfit. Training at a high intensity with a group of people who share similar goals is what I love about this method of fitness. There is nothing more rewarding than being a part of a fitness community.”
