This five-step brownie recipe is so easy that you could make it in a res room. All you need is an air-fryer.
Ingredients
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
and cooled slightly
1 large egg
Directions
- Grease a 15 cm round cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk your sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until it is combined.
- In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter and egg until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and stir until combined.
- Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 16 to 18 minutes. Then let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
