Captain Weilbach added that, “It is often questionable [when] a cellphone or laptop will get stolen … on a Friday evening, but it is only reported as stolen to the police a week later.” This and many other discrepancies will be investigated to the police’s full capability and might result in perjury charges being brought against the students who opened the case.
